Frequently Asked Questions

When is payment due for my dog's stay?
Walking Clients:​
  • Monthly Payment: Invoices will be sent out on your dog's last walk of the month. No upfront payment necessary. 

  • All walks and invoices will be available to view in the Walkies App. Clients can book, cancel walks and view important information via the app.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
Walking Clients:​
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your booking, you will still be required to pay for the services. 

What type of insurance do you have? 
What walking options are there?

We are fully insured with up to £1,000,000 in public liability coverage and £25,000 for animal injury, among other protections. If you'd like to see our insurance certificate, please let us know.​​

Our walking services include either a 30 minute walk or a 1 hour walk dependant on dog. We walk up to 2 dogs from  single household at any given time. 

Please note - we offer car trip walks for 1 hour walks only.
